Bio:

Dr. Luh received his BS in agriculture engineering at National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1990, his MS in the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Cornell University, U.S.A, in 1993, and his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental engineering at the Cornell University in 1996. He has worked at the Tjing Ling Industrial Research Institute, NTU, Taiwan, as a Project Manager from 1995 to 1997. He has worked at the OLE technology CO., LTD., as a Consulting Manager from 1997 to 2002. He joined the faculty member at National Taipei University of Technology in 2001 as assistant professor, associate professor, assistant dean. He has been published 28 journal papers and more than 100 conference papers. He also hold 10 patents.
