Bio:
Dr.-Ing. Johannes received his Bachelor degree in Mechatronics at the Technische Universität Ilmenau (TUI), Germany, in 2016. He continued studying there for the Master degree in Mechatronics, which he received in 2019 after spending one exchange-year at the National Taiwan University to conduct his final project. Afterwards he was hired by the Institute of Measurement Science and Sensor Technology (IPMS) of the TUI as researcher in the scope of the Research Training Group on Tip- and laser-based 3D-Nanofabrication in extended macroscopic working areas (NanoFab). Within this scope, he received his Dr.-Ing. for his dissertation in 2024. Afterwards he kept working as post-doctoral researcher at the IPMS. From August 2026 on, he joins NTUT ME as assistant professor.
